50–60 ads a day, included: how AI volume beats a studio invoice

Last updated 2026-08-13 · 8 min read

Most agencies sell you a handful of creatives and invoice every revision. We run AI pipelines that produce fifty to sixty variants a day — the grade you see in our ad reel — inside the package. No per-creative surcharge. Research decides the angle; volume finds the winner; studio production remains available as a separate package when you actually need a shoot.

What “volume game” actually means

QD & Co produces 50–60 ad creatives a day through AI-based pipelines and automations — statics and motion of the kind shown in our on-site reel — and those creatives are included in every performance package with no extra charge per asset. The point is not that AI exists. It is that this throughput lets a launch test angles at a pace a studio-hour cost model cannot match, so the first, the tenth, or the sixtieth variant can be the one that performs.

Traditional creative production — brief, concept, shoot, edit, revise — is built for a small number of hero assets. That model is excellent when you need a drone pass, a UGC creator day, or a controlled product shoot. It is the wrong cost structure for finding which of forty hooks the Bangalore buyer actually answers.

What is included — and what is not

Included in every package

  • AI-generated ad copy — hooks, angles, CTAs, written against the research brief
  • AI-generated ad creative — statics and motion variants in the grade of the ad reel
  • Creative refresh when fatigue or sales-ready rate says the angle is dying
  • No surcharge for “another twenty variants”

Quoted separately — the studio package

  • Professional shoot and product shoot
  • Professional edit
  • Videographers
  • Drone cinematography
  • UGC and IGC creator content
  • Motion graphics and industry-standard graphic design

Studio work runs through creative agencies we partner with, priced per project, and commissioned only after you approve the brief. Two doors: volume inside the fee, or studio when the brief genuinely needs a camera.

Volume only works after research

Fifty weak ads a day is just expensive noise. The stack that makes volume a weapon is the same stack the rest of the practice runs on:

  1. Research gate. Buyer interviews, desk research, historical performance, and scheduled scrapes of what is already spending in the catchment.
  2. Script pack. Hooks and angles written against findings — commute, PSF, approval, partner margin — not against taste.
  3. Pipeline. AI systems produce the daily variant batch from that pack.
  4. Performance layer. Meta and Google; weekly cost per lead and sales-ready review.
  5. Scale on evidence. Winners get budget; losers die; the next batch replaces them.

That is why the differentiator is not “we use AI.” It is research-intensity plus a volume engine plus strategy — the combination that puts a launch in front of the market faster than a studio queue.

When you should still buy the studio package

Choose traditional production when the asset’s job is trust, place, or craft that a generated still cannot carry: a drone master of the site, a founder-led walkthrough, creator UGC for social proof, or a controlled interior shoot for high-ticket inventory. Use the volume pipeline for the testing surface that decides which message deserves that budget.

Most launches need both over a cycle — volume first to learn, studio later to deepen the winners — which is why they are priced as different packages rather than bundled into an opaque “creative fee.”

Questions developers ask

Do you charge extra for more ad creatives?

No for AI copy and AI creative produced by our pipelines — that volume is included in the performance package. Studio production (shoots, drone, UGC/IGC, professional edit, motion graphics) is quoted separately and approved before commissioning.

How can you make 50–60 ads a day?

The work runs on AI-based pipelines and automations built for variant throughput: research-backed script packs feed systems that generate statics and motion at daily cadence. That is a different cost structure from briefing a studio for each asset.

Are AI ads lower quality than studio ads?

They are a different job. The reel on our site is the quality bar for the volume path. Studio craft still wins for film, drone, and creator work — which is why that path exists as its own package rather than being pretended away.

Doesn’t every agency use AI now?

Using a tool is common. Shipping fifty to sixty testable variants a day inside a published fee, gated by research, without billing each revision, is not. The moat is throughput and commercial inclusion, not the logo on the software.
